2008 Roundup Guest Application


Dates: June 21st and 22nd

Please complete the required information and forward your check to your Director. The fee for the Mt. Al's Roundup 2008 is $125.00. Roundup and Sporting Clays is $165. Make checks payable to "Mt. Al's Roundup".

We regret that no refunds can be made unless this application is withdrawn before June 8th. In submitting this application it is understood that the applicant will camp overnight, exhibit sportsmanship and common courtesy to all fellow participants.

Completion of this application does not guarantee your attendance to the Mt Al's Roundup. All applications are subject to the approval of the Director you are a guest of. Special consideration will be given to those who have attended previous years.

Rules & Regulations

I understand that no firearms can be brought to the camp unless they are unloaded and surrendered to the Sergeant at Arms. I also confirm that I have received and read the "Ten Commandments of Gun Safety". All camping shall be in tents and campers. I expressly acknowledge and understand that participation in the Roundup and any activity associated with the Roundup is dangerous and involves the risk of serious injury and/or death and/or property damage. I, for myself, my personal representative and heirs, do hereby release, discharge, waive and covenant not to sue Mt. Al's Roundup, its directors, shareholders, agents, employees, officers (the "Roundup") and the property owner from any claim or demand on account of injury to the person or property or resulting in the death of the undersigned, whether caused by the negligence of the Roundup or by otherwise participating in any part of the Roundup and I hereby assume full responsibility for and risk of bodily injury, death or property damage.
